on my deck i have two outputs. My speaker amp which i got for free (but i know it works) has the inputs, but then my sub amp has the same inputs..

how to i wire this bad boy, they both use the same inputs and i can only use one at a time. Do i need to buy some sort of spliter?
maybe a better deck would solve my problem its a crummy 35x4... maybe if i got a 55x4 mosfet my 6/9's wont distort...
any suggestions?
i have a 10' kicker and 12' MTX, maybe my buddy will give me his deck.

well i used a set of splitters since my old sanyo cd/cassete deck only had one amp output. my old kenwood amp had two sets of inputs to work all four channels. so thats wut i did. the big draw back i guess that using the splitters is it turns your one 2volt output into two 1volts outputs. cuts sound quality down. but hey beats the heck out of buying a new deck. if you do get a new deck wut would be best is to get one with a 4volt sub specific output and an second 2volt set of outputs

Splitter.Or.... some amps have output jacks so you can plug another amp in as it sends the signal back out. My Legacy amp has this feature. I used to have another amp hooked to it driving the rear deck speakers. Also, If its a bridgeable amp, you can run it with the sub bridged and your L&R speakers hooked normally. I tried this for awhile too.
If it can be hooked up a certain way, i have to try it out.

Another idea would be to get a standalone preamp. front in, rear in, then front out, rear out, and sub out. Look into it.

Pawn shop...yeah. Good stuff for half the price of new! :D
Or...if you live in a neighborhood with lots of crack-heads, you can get just about anything from them for $20.
