No-name CD radio w/ 4 x 25 Watts, 25 Watts speakers in the front and rear. :) It's loud enough and doesn't sound bad.

Heres what I got -

Kenwood 50x4 deck
4" 140watt Jensen Platnums in the fron
6 3/4" Lightning Audio
Legacy Crossover
Orion 800watt Xtreme Power 275
Sony Explode 10" 1100 watts (the new octagon)

I got rid of my bigger system (I miss my Phenix Golds  )but this is treating me nicely, Im happy with the amount of cash I paid! The new sony explodes are not too bad, nice and tight, made me a believer in Sonys ability to make good sh*t once again.

I also have the doors lined with underlay (a strip glued to the inner skin of the door and then between the door panel and the door. My car rides quiet!

Louie has the stock mitsu deck with the front right speaker removed still (have yet to put the dash back in)

Paraphrasing someone else: The 4g63t is my music.

The jeep:

Pioneer premier mp3 headunit (~45 watt/chnl)
Kicker 10" solobaric
Kicker 450watt amp

Kenwood cd player.
Original dash speakers.

Removed rear deck speakers and mounts, removed door speakers. Saved a little bit of weight.

awesome, the car audio forumn...

I myself might have went a little overboard, but it still needs quite a bit of tweaking...

45X4 Pioneer Premier deck (actually kinda old, but still a very good deck)

Clarion speakers all around, phaze 1 3 1/2s in the front, 5 1/4s in the back, totalling for 190 watts peak power.. (keepin in mind they are small)

2 12" Alpine type R subwoofers.. I actually don't know the wattage on those puppies... in a custom Alpine sub box..

1000 watt digital Clarion amplifer...

When it's actually working properly... it's insane...

I've got small Sony door speakers up front, JVC 6x9s on the rear powered by a Sony CD deck/head unit thingy.

Sub is custom home made wedge, speaker upside down in it. 10" 100w RMS. Home made amplifier too, now there is a rarity.

So it sounds like everyone has either kenwood, pioneer or sony decks. To all that have the factory speakers still in the front REPLACE THEM!!!! they are lowering your sound quality and because they are very unefficent speakers they are sucking the juice out of your deck. If you can find some cheap 4" speakers drop them in, anything sounds better then the facts

Those stock front speakers are rated only 5 Watts. They are rather noisy. I dropped in speakers rated 25 watts for just 5 bucks ea. and it sounds great! Plus, swapping them is really easy.
