I am planning on purchasing an 84 Colt Turbo when I find the right one.

Can someone tell me:

1. What colors were available on the 84 Colt Turbo?
2. Are there any good motors that would swap fairly easily into the 84 Colt turbo?
3. The 84 Colt turbo had the twin stick transmision, right?

Thanks for the great forum.

1. I don't know really. Silver, gold and red I can think of.
2. There are no engines that swap easily into the C10. However, it is possible w/ some amount of work to slap in the good old 4G63T. :D
3. I think it was the 84, yeah. It was written in some post a while ago, but I can't remember where and what exactly to search for.

my 84 colt is more of a metalic gray and yes it has the 4x2 manual twin stick. www.loun.net/gts/ for some pics of it. I need to update that page with better info and pics as it is still new to me. I have managed to amass some parts though, including 2 spare trannys, a spare head, intake mani, exhaust mani, ground effects, rear wing, and some other random stuff :)
