 Post subject: BCS wiring

can anybody tell me what color the pigtail for the factory bsc is. Im trying to install an electronic bcs to setup boost by gear but my harness has a blue black and burnt orange all next to each other with the same style plug. not sure which was for the factory bcs. (89 mirage turbo)

The wiring would probably be up near the rf strut tower, fuse block area.

You can confirm the location of where the pgitail should be with the FSM located in the News From Admin section, and the factory 4g61t wiring fanout sheet is listed in the ECU tuning folder. Should get you the wiring colors.

it should be on the engine harness.. not the chassis harness..

yes I went through the manuals and only found this (A-55 - Wastegate solenoid valve) but it showed me little information because my harness has been moved and tucked in various ways. Upon further Investigation I was able to find the wiring fanout (thank you). The wiring is indicated as "brwn-white and red" for future reference.
