Hey guys just started working on my new summit today. It dies after it's been running 15+ minutes or so. I played with the throttle as it was dying and it kicked back to life.
1994 4G63 5-Speed AWD
So far today I have checked the ECU and distributor
The ECU has been removed previously, the electric tape on the harness was all worn from pulling the ECM in/out
There is writing in the ECM, is this normal?
This looks damaged to me, any thoughts?
The distributor looks brand new, I feel like the coil is kind of cock-eyed in relation to the rest of the distributor housing and guts. Is this normal?
I hope I put the washer back right that I am pointing to, if anyone wants to chime in let me know!
