I don't think they have oil squirters. They don't have a factory oil cooler, so I'd be surprised if there are squirters in the block, but I'm actually not 100% sure.

Yes, you can install the oil squirters if you choose to.

Machine shop can do it.

Some 4g63t motors delete them because they interfere with long stroke cranks.

I'm sure the guys with 2.4L cranks in 2.0L blocks do this right?

You don't need them per say, but they are designed to cool the underside of the piston, and provide more splash lubrication.
