77 hp and we can't figure out why... I should be at around 250hp. Anyone have an obscure idea on what would cause such a terrible thing?

There are literally hundreds of things that could cause a loss of power like that.

1.) Is the turbo working? Are you building boost?

2.) Is the engine healthy? Do a compression test.

3.) What kind of fuel are you using? Bad tank of gas? Poor tuning?

What's all done to the car to make you think it should have 250hp?

Something is really wrong there, even if you didn't have any boost, you'd still make over 100hp. Are you sure you're not knocking? That would cut a ton of power.

Aren't 4g63's in the 120 HP range, minus any timing pull back?

Timing way off, knock the ECU is seeing, bunch of other factors? Limp mode.

Caps were leaking in one of my old dsm's. Ran perfect but had about half the power, fixed the ecu and it was like a new car. Something to check into.

Non-Turbo 4G63's are rated at 135hp...the same as a stock 4G61T

Stock 4G63T in a DSM is 195hp

Of course, these are all numbers at the crank... A bone stock 1g AWD DSM would probably dyno around 150whp

I took it to the shop to get it tuned because I thought it was a bad tune causing the low power. (AFR was insanely rich too) They are looking at it now, but still haven't figured it out yet. I didn't do the complete build on this car so I'm very unsure. Just added a new exhaust, new fuel regulator and fixed a radiator fan, and fixed all the lights, but I also have this all on it:

-Dodge SRT4 Frt Mount Intercooler
-EVO 3 16G Turbo, ceramic coated and ported
-Punishment Racing O2 housing
-Megan Racing 3" down pipe to 3" exhaust
-2G 609 Mass Air Flow Sensor
-K and N filter
-1G crushed Blow of valve
-1G non turbo throttle body
-EVO 8 550 cc injectors
-Fuel regulator
-CNT 255 lph fuel pump (rewired w/heavier gauge)
-AEM High flow Fuel filter (drop in replacement)
-Forced Performance Race Manifold
-Stainless Exhaust studs
-ARP Head studs
-Multi layer metal Head gasket
-New intake/exhaust gaskets
-coil on plug set up (300m Chrysler coil packs)
-Jay Racing Alternator Relocation Kit
-Aluminum flywheel
-New OEM clutch
-Stainless Braided Clutch line
-Aluminum Radiator w/Slim Fan (electric)
-Galant VR4 slotted Brake Rotors
-'94 Mitsu Expo Spindles (knuckles)
-Stainless brake lines
-Apexi SAFE Fuel Tuner

Compression is good on engine as well. In the past Stealthpony, whom built most of this, had some problems as well getting it running to its full abilities. Just hope I can figure it out to go down to California for the summer :/

How much is it boosting right now? Did you check the turbo to make sure it's not blown to smithereens?

Bad MAF
Bad ECU
Timing pulled
Munched turbo not spinning - I've driven a zero spool turbo, and it felt like half an engine due to timing curve way out of whack.

The shop should be able to sort through many variables in a short amount of time.
