I was wondering if there was write up on installing an electric fan that would come on when needed rather than using a toggle switch. I searched and couldn't locate any. Is there a better ground/power source than just the battery and a switch?

Just wire it up in place of the stocker. Wire colors (Blue and Black) will match and it will come on when the sensor says. No switch needed

Just did this the other day on a members car. Be sure to reverse the wires if you'll be mounting the fans on the front as pushers. Be sure to use the fan wiring on the passenger's side too, the driver's side is for AC.

After looking it over I don't believe that I have any fan harness. I think when the engine was swapped they left it off the 2.0 harness. Looks like I'll just wire it to a switch, relay and then to the battery...although I may check the fuse box and go from there
