Hi. I need to change arm bushings in front and got problem with one of them. I bought something like that: http://www.yamatoautomotive.com/dynamic ... 6ec9ecd9fd OEM Mitsubishi Catalogue show me it is ok - when You look at middle pic. But my mechanic told me that I have a bushings like that - http://www.yiparts.com/Part/en/n/NFSWSVC and now I can't find it in automotive shops :/. From which Mitsubishi's model can I buy something like that? |

Which model car do you have? The link on the bottom shows the factory turbo colt/mirage bushing, known as c53a. The bushing you have pictured on the top looks exactly like a 92-95 Hyuandai Elantra GLS. |

I believe that the base, non-turbo-c52a/c62a, model control arm bushing is the same part number as an elantra one. This should work on a non turbo car. Just make sure you have the 40312 bracket pictured. |

The bushing you are after is no longer available anywhere. I had to make my own. |

Broke for speed.... How did you go about making the lower control arm bushing? i want to replace mine as well. i dont even care about getting a poly bushing or super pro bushing. just a stock replacement would be fine. And really nobody sells an oem or oem/style bushing anymore?? |

http://www.4g61t.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=36843 Here's how I made mine. I think there's some aftermarket ones available from Whiteline in Australia, but a six week wait for a $200 kit wasn't what I wanted. |

hey cool thanks i just read thru your older thread. i totally agree im not into waiting for some part from overseas. a bushing is a bushing. funny i did see that post before but by its title it sounds like its for a "rear suspension arm" not the "rear part" of the arm lol. of course if i wasnt a newb to these cars i would have immediatley noticed which parts they were by you good visuals. nice work im totally going to do that. |
