if there is people that can make the awd rear suspension fit, why you couldn't with the fwd?

The suspension won't fit, and the axle/panhard bar is nearly identical.

The 5-lug swap is well-documented though, just search for 'rear disc swap'.

There was a member on here that modded a 1g dsm fwd rear suspension to work. His screen name was uweenkr or something like that. You can also get 92 mirage sedan 4x114.3 rear hubs and re-drill them to 5x114.3 and use custom brackets to mount the calipers.

my options are limited around holland,
we don't have vr4's or GT/GTI cyborg's. we just have 1g eclipse gs models (fwd 4g63 n/a) 145hp
and even these model cars are limited here.

i have found a model like this for 800 euro (+-600 dollar)
and i cant find the topic that let me know `how to swap 5lug eclipse to `CSM conversion.
they say that the conversion is well documented, i cant find it!
all i can find is how to AWD your mirage...

Please help me Newbie in distress :prayer: :prayer:
its about the brake swap and the suspension swap.

The front 5 lug is easy. Use 1g eclipse front hubs. You have to modify how the tie rod bolts. Dsm is under, csm is over. I cut my mounts off, flipped them and rewelded. You also need to drill out the top shock bolt hole to run less camber, or use ypshifab camber plates to fix a positave camber issue caused from the eclipse hubs. For the rear, you hammer out 3 of the old studs and drill 4 new holes. I did this on my stock drums. For the disk brake guys you need some hub (I think expo).

Here is my build thread complete with pics.

This thread was a good help.

The front 5lug swap is now clear for me,
i think that the rear has to fit 1 on 1
