They are talking about the "Injector box" its a box of resistors on the fire wall that are wired into the circuit for the injectors so they are the correct Impedance. The injectors for an NA and a Turbo DSM/CSM are different Impedance and this makes up for that. At least thats if I recall correctly.

yeah thats kinda what i was understanding but that clears it up thanks, but what if i turbo my n/a 4g67, and add bigger injectors and a fuel pressure regulator will this make up for that or will i still need one of these? or do i need to make sure i use low impedence injectors??

Best to swap in a turbo ECU, MAF, injectors and resistor packs - so that means a VR4 loom for you on that side of the pond.
As mentioned the resistor pack keeps the ECU from burning out because they have such a low impedance that they would draw far too much current if left straight wired to the injector drivers; they are resistive ceramic packs that absorb the heat from this process. Yes, you will need them.
Best to see some of what the other members here from AUS and NZ have swapped into their cars to cure this, but a bunch of them started with turbo setups to begin with. You'll be able to use the factory 4g67 loom but it would require some wire additions to the maf, resistor pack, etc.
