Found some 15" steelies with tires cheap from a 240 sx,the owner said he believes they are +35 offset. +40 is stock, correct,so these would stick out a little or be flush, depending on the wheel width?

Stock is 14" x 5.5" +45 for a GT

Those will stick out an extra 13mm (~.5") and you'll have ~1mm less clearance inside of the wheel. Assuming those are a 15" x 6"

Hell yeah! Not really losing any inner clearance (depending on the tire on those 240 rims) and gaining a half inch in track will look mean. I can't imagine there being too much extra tire bulge between a 5.5" and 6" wide wheel though.

Throw some pics up when you get everything mounted!

Might want to double check the center bore as well since they are stock wheels. Also if you are still running the captive brakes up front you may need a thin spacer.

Ive done this, you will need to sand or grind the bore a few mm's. You can run these lug centric so bore away. Ive used these for Bg drag radials.

I did read something in the forums about taking out 1mm or so of the center bore? Yes for now I do have the captive rotor set-up. I'll def keep need that spacer then

Oh I def will! I'm currently on the AR rims that look like the stock GT's,nice they are but I want something bigger and stealth! Bigger for the 2-pot swap and stealth for...you know :ninja:

Mine will look similar but with white molding and Colt Gt stickers on the doors. That looks great!

Where can I find a set of spacers?
I attempted to put my Borbet 16" wheels on Sunday and could not.
Thanks,
Joe

Any tire store should have them, probably cheaper on ebay though.

Yeah, go on ebay. I think I priced them around 15 shipped for the front 2. They were 4 or 5mm.

Remember that you can also convert to other brakes that are not hub in rotor and therfore dont have those little bolts.

Thanks for all the input guys,I picked went ahead and bought them even though one rim is a mismatch. Just looks different, but has decent 195/60 Firehawk tires, for $50 I can't complain. Bought wheel spacers off Ebay, now to widen the center bore and clean them up!
