I'm removing my exh manifold for the first time,to put on my uncracked 2g one. Already have the bolts loose on the manifold now on to the turbo. Been soaking them with PB blaster. Is it safe to use an impcat to remove them? Iths rated for 200 lbs of torque, and doesn't adjust though. I don't want to break them and have more problems.

work them back and forth with a rachet a little bit at a time, that impact will break them

if you feel the bolt starting to twist or flex before it breaks loose its ready to snap, you'll have to heat the flange around the bolt to expand the flange around the bolt

I didn't think I should use an impact but thought I would ask. So just keep working them back and forth? I worked the manifold bolts loose after I let the car run a few minutes,I'll try that too.

yup little by little they'll come. dont be shy with the penetrating fluid either. no need to run it prior as the bolts and flange will expand at the same rate giving you no benefit for breaking them loose, like i said if it comes to having to heat them, heat the flange around the bolt so only it expands

Once they are out I would replace the bolts (with oem or grade 10.9 replacements), use copper anti-seize and be sure to torque them to spec.
