While waiting at a red light, some kid pulls up next to me in this Peugeot 206 HDI ... and starts revving his Diesel.
When the light turned green, I shift into first and gently begin to roll, then pull it up to 4500 revs and shift into second. I was at no time even near WOT, but still could keep up with this kid! According the his motor's sound he must have floored the throttle but was hardly pulling away from me! And that with an almost stock engine!
No kill, but still funny to see what ricey guys consider semselves "racers".
Edit: Probably he hadn't the 90 HP engine.
