I've seen this guy around at local car meets and such, green escort zx2 with a big "z-tech" sticker on the back, wing, and potato launcher exhaust. Tonight I finally rolled up to him at a stop light, gave him a good stair and a quick little rev, he replied back and it was on. I'm currently on studded snow tires so I decided not to launch him and embarrass him a little more. He launched hard and had about 2 lengths on me buy the time I hit second, I eased up to him at about 10lbs boost in second so we were running even then punched it. I spiked 14.5lbs and kicked third, buy the time I let off I had about three lengths on him. I gave him a thumbs up for playing and he gave me the finger, sore loser I guess.

I can't stand assholes that can't take a whooping every now and then. It always reminds me of the saying "if you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen". I had some asswipe in a GT Mustang get his ass whooped by my 4 door 92 Civic with a SOHC JDM swap with minor mods and he threw me the finger. I saw him later on and he wanted to start a fight with me and call me a ricer. What a douche. Good kill story though. I miss Bobby's kill stories...

If I get my ass kicked in a race I usually give the person a big smile and a rock on, especially if I think I'm going to win.

In my old SHO I ran into a turbo one and that little shit pulled hard but topped out at 120, kid said it had a 4:10 gear ratio in it. Any car can be built to be respectable, but once you put one of those erector set wings on it all respect is lost in my eyes. And if its FWD then its time to laugh at them

I hit a ZX-2 in a parking lot in my 4-runner, it never had a chance. A friend of mine has one built for solo cross, its a still a turd but handles pretty good.

Amen brother. I just want to rip it off and smack the shit out of them with it and then ask them if they still think it's cool. The only car I've ever seen those wings looks decent on was an AE86 and an older S13.

well an AE86 and an s13 are rear wheel drive so its functional, when I was running my s13 on the circuit I still wouldn't run the huge wing on it, I had a body hugging spoiler for the rear down force.

Yeah why pay 200+ for a fancy wing, when I just steal park benches and get some big ol' bolts!
