Damn, since owning this car it seemed like I could NEVER get a race. But lately, after getting it running much better, I can't go out for a run around the block without someone picking a fight.

My latest trip to the gas station to put some more e85 in the tank resulted in the easy kill of a sick looking all black c6 z06. The car had an exhaust only and was tinted out with black wheels, pure sex.

We did three pulls from 60-65 mph ending with me at least 5-6 car lengths out front by the time I hit 130. He followed me off at the next exit. He asked if I would pull over so he could see my car so I obliged and we chatted for a couple minutes. I offered him a straight across trade that he kindly declined  . He was an older guy that said he had never really liked nor had any respect for imports till I came along. First thing he said was how sick it sounded. We shook hands and parted ways.

The whole time his expression was like seeing something he never believed existed...pretty funny.

Edit: So you can add that to my recent list, LS2 GTO, turbo S2K, two R6's, SRT-4, Steve's Mirage and a slow ass murdered out 1G. :finga:

I know, right? I NEVER get races in my Eclipse--ever. Only friends. "dan" on here gets all kinds of races with crazy exotic cars and what-not, it seems like it happens for him on a daily basis. Then again, he goes after anyone and everyone he sees, whether they want him to or not. Hehe.

i have NEVER had a single car pick on me driving my colt. if i want to race i have to pick FOREVER just to get a downshift from the guy.

AWESOME kill man, those c6 Z06's are pretty mean highway cars.

Yep, I did just trap 127-128 mph today on less boost so it makes good sense. Oh, and at this elevation an N/A car is really at a big disadvantage to say the least.

My brother has an 07 Z06. That car is REALLY fast so this is saying something about your car man. He can cut the ass end loose even with the traction control on...lol I can only hope that my car is half as fast when it's done.

Awesome! I usually only picked fights with beefed up cars that would be a good run last summer. Usually I would just give them a little BOV and they would bite. I just picked my battles well I guess.

Hey Tonus, is Dan the dude I was supposed to meet that had to go to Colorado? I really wanted to see that other Colt too. Your boy's Colt and that 240 was sick for sure though. Your car's rediculously fast also.

Haha, yeah that was Dan. He went to Colorado to visit family. His Colt is a lot faster than my GSX and the 240Z. 8)
