Does anybody know off the top of their head the rear diff ratio for an awd dsm?
Did they all come with lsd?

I know that they did NOT all come with an lsd rear, it was introduced in 92 as an option.

no, i do not know the ratio, but i imagine it might be something close to the front axle ratio of a 4.80 something...don't take me for serious though
