Guys,
I bought a set of driveshafts so I have something to use whilst I get the other set reconditioned.

The set I bought from the junkyard has a bit of surface rust on the ends of the shaft that go into the tranny - what do i do? can i still use them?

Should I sand off the rust?

go here for a pic of the rust on the driveshaft:

take some wd40 and spray abit on the rust. use a towel and the rust stains will come off no problem.

If that doesn't work, just take a wire brush to it. The rust shouldn't matter much as long as it's not causing fitment problems.
