IS your car FWD? That would explain the lift in the back. I put these struts in and it lowered but mainly because of the cobb Springs which I do not know the drop rate. My car is AWD so alot heavier in the back. Will post pics soon after the install.

This is how my Colt sits with the Evo X GSR Rears:

Not a big fan of lowered cars so I don't really like if it looks taller, also I just found a set of stock MR eibach springs so I may be replacing the stock GSRs for these...

OK guys, I was finally able to finish up the EVO X rear struts on my AWD Colt. Now you probably wont have the same results because When I ordered these struts they came with COBB drop springs that I do not know the drop rate of. Cobb only has 2 drp rates for these springs either 1 5/16" or 1 3/8". Im assuming I have the 1 3/8" that have settled. Overall the before and after measurements resulted in a 1 5/8" drop total. Keep in Mind that my car is AWD so this will be different for FWD. Also to start out with, I had CSM struts with a welded on DSM bushing so my struts were extra tall. I think it has a nice rake to it now.

that looks awesome Mo.... when u launch there is enough room so it shouldnt rub... I get my alignments done at jack furriers down the street from motorsport.. they did mine a few times when I changed out parts.. since the last time ive put about 5k miles on the tires and no sign of any wear.. and no torque steer either.

Anyone else try this out? I'm thinking about jumping on this wagon soon.

So what's the story for the fronts? How involved is it to make them work?

How much heavier are the AWD Hatch in the back? The rears might be perfect for my FWD Sedan!
