Hi,

Does anyone know if these fender brace will fits for a mirage/colt 89-92 ?

They are relatively cheap and can be bought from e-bay (from malaysia).

No one had posted trying, and/or the results, yet.

You could be the first.

May require modification if the hinges bolts sit at slightly different locations.

Looks like you are drilling holes in the front frame rails on both sides of the car.

Stealthy mod for sure.

For that kind of price, there are other things you could do to stiffen your chassis. Poly bushings in the suspension and front+rear strut bars would be cheaper and give you much more of a gain.

True, from my point of view, on a car old from 1990, the bushing are "basic maintenance". It's already done on my car.

But I tough these fender brace can be a cheaper way to add stiffness to an old, skinny frame like are the C53 (my opinion).

Probably, when I get time, I will order one of those fender brace.

Front. You'll need to slot the holes.

Rear. Should bolt right up.
