HID brights aren't bad but the people that use them for low beams deserve a kick in the nads.

But using them for brights can be dangerous for some cars as the HIDs need time to warm up since 99% of people buy the cheep ones.

As Tim said, they tend to blind the shit out of oncoming traffic. They're also illegal in any car that didn't come with them from the factory but that depends on how smart the cops are around you.

Nelsolar, can you host that video on youtube or photobucket? I get a "content not available" error when I click that link.

Sorry the delay, video was under my friend facebook, had to ask for a copy from his cel to upload to youtube, let me know if someone cannot see it. My friend voice explaining the way it works, but is in spanish.

Yes it have a glare over the line of headlight focus with HID, but i think is too high to really affect other drivers, at least nobody is giving me a high lights because are blind with my lights, unless i turn on the fog adiccional light. :snakeman:

HID's are just fine for low beams as long as you adjust your headlights properly. Never had an issue with oncoming traffic in my colt with the HID's, but again, I adjusted my headlights to give great vision but never blinding to oncoming traffic. Now, if they are "stanced", then I hope they get blinded. :finga:

That's the problem, people throw in HID's and never adjust them. Just like all the idiots running around in busted ass trucks, the rear end sags 5" lower than the front and they blind everyone.

Where is the switch located that controls it? Do you have a pic of it?
