I'm still dealing with shifter issues with my Summit and need to get it sorted. I still can't get the car into 2nd, 4th, or reverse. I've tried every combo of different shifter levers on the tranny, different shifter bases, and shifter brackets. I have two sets of nonadjustable shifter cables and one of those I bought from this site that were advertised as CSM shifter cables. At this point I'm thinking it has to be the wrong cables. The cables I have both measure right at 53 inches. Does anyone know the length of the adjustable AND nonadjustable shifter cables? Thanks in advance, Chris

And does anyone possibly have some for sale

I am at work till 430 this evening but I can measure mine once I go home. The set in the car are adjustable and came in an LX Summit sedan with a km206. I also have a set of Turbo/GT cables for the km210 that are adjustable sitting on the shelf.

Ok awesome let me know the length and I'd definitely be interested in buying a set if you'd be willing to sell them.

I have to see if I will be needing the Turbo/GT cables in order to go from the km206 to the km210. If I don't need them I can definitely sell them to you.

Was working on the car after work and had the cables pulled down when a nasty storm hit that had tornado activity. Didn't have a chance to get them measured. Tomorrow is another day.

We got hit by that storm last night as well. One of hardest downpours I can ever remember and it knocked out power in the middle of my DVR recoding F1  . You can text me if that's easier at 440-47six-863five and I'll keep it updated here as far as the shifter cable lengths. Thanks again

I'm getting 51.5" from the center of the small end(shifter base) of the cable to the center of the big end(transmission side) of the cable. These are Turbo/GT CSM cables with the adjusters ran all the way in.

I will say that with my car I had to cut the stops on the shifter so I could get the transmission all the way into 2, 4 and R. But that was with a Summit LX that came with a km206 and 4g61 that now has a km210 with a 4g63. The bracket on the transmission was the same between the km206 and km210. I did not bother pulling out the cables to see if they were different and I no longer have a Turbo/GT shifter base to compare those.

Lol on my car, I had no idea what shifter, cables it had. Just knew it was a turbo trany...I gave up tryng different brackets, cables, shifters. Ended up just getting the arms off another transmission, but the shifter and trans in neutral, attached the loose transmission shifter arms to the cables and then welding them to the original arms on the trans. Works great!
Kind of a crappy way to do it, but if all else fails.
