 Post subject: Fuel Pressure Solenoid?

well here the deal.
how do I connect the fuel pressure solenoid on the 1991 engine to my colts 1990 harness?

the evaporative..... solenoid that sits next to the fuel pressure solenoid is oslo connected to the same connector but I wil lnot be using that solenoid.

but how do I connect it? and to where?

Don't use it. Simply run a vacuum line from your intake manifold to your fuel pressure regulator.

You mention that you have a 91 motor, did you convert your wiring harness to the later model ECU? The 91 is not a plug and play with the colt harness....turbo or non.

(manifold) (vacuum line) (FPR and fuel rail)

yes I have converted the harness.
and the engine now works
I found a picture on how to plug it in without the solenoid
I hade it laying in the garage allready! :D
