Is it possible to replace just the telescoping factory parts with the non-telescoping parts in order to use an aftermarket steering wheel adapter?

Didn't you order the GM Translator? I didn't know if you still wanted to do the trade or not.

Actually, I did not order it :(. I have decided to stick with the basics until my setup is running perfectly. I'd still like to trade if you are still interested.

CONFUSION: if i take the wheel off the talon and TRY to put it on my colt with out tilt wheel it will not work. Now what else do i need from the talon to make it work?
