I have a buddy working on making me some delrin bushings for the front control arm bushing, he can make some more if anyone is interested. He also made me a set of shifter bushings as well.

to clear up any confusion in ordering the bushings, i present this handy little guide.

turbo/GSR cars would order:
SPF-1160K
SPF-1714K

and non-turbo/non-GSR cars would order
SPF-1160K
SPF-1140K

SPF-1141K, SPF-1142K and SPF-1142AK are all various versions of the non-turbo/non-GSR rear control arm bushings.
41K increases passenger side caster and leaves the drivers side standard
42K increases passenger side caster and decreases drivers side caster
42AK increases caster on both sides
and that's what i got from the superpro site, pretty much word for word.

if you want to play with different rear bushings on a turbo/GSR car, then you want to use these part #s:
SPF-1714K = 0/standard offset
SPF-2025K = +1/single offset
SPF-2026K = +2/double offset
information for the different rear bushings for the turbo/GSR car is a little lacking compared to the non-turbo stuff, so i only copied down what superpro had written about them in their catalog.

cars using elantra control arms order:
SPF-1870K
SPF-1140K

and the turbo/GSR/elantra sway-bar bushings are:
SPF-1875K
is this what I need?

Base non turbo cars take these

SPF-1160K
SPF-1140K

The 1160K is a pair of front lower front bushings, and the 1140K is standard caster front lower rear bushings.

If you have special caster requirements, then follow this guide below when ordering your 114*K series bushings
(SPF-1141K, SPF-1142K and SPF-1142AK are all various versions of the non-turbo/non-GSR rear control arm bushings.
41K increases passenger side caster and leaves the drivers side standard
42K increases passenger side caster and decreases drivers side caster
42AK increases caster on both sides)

The 114*K bushings are big and "strap" to the bottom of the car with a plate and two big bolts. They look like this:

Why would one need to increase the caster on one side only? Or increase it on one side and decrease it on the other?

Alignment issues, oval track racing, VIP, helaflush, etc...

I've been running the increased caster on both sides. No issues, feels fine. The steering wheel is supposed to snap back to center quicker with more caster and be more secure at high speed.

Apparently you can get them straight from Moog now on their main site. I'm going to put an order in.

Quote from the first page, that still works.

So, I visited the link above as my curiosity for what parts cost, while having time to think about the car during the offseason, has piqued.

Went into their price listing:

I own a small machinery company and think about making some tools to produce a small series of PU bushings for the C53/Mirage Turbo.
I want to pour the control-arm bushings, the rear axle main bushings and the bushings for the Panhard-strut. Maybe for the KYB shocks, too. I dont know if it would make sense to make the engine-moints out of PU, too.
Hardness of the PU would be ~ 90 Shore...
Any suggestions, what also could be wort to be made and isn't available?

Ralliart made bushings for most of the Mitsu line, in medium to very hard rubbers, but not urethane from what I have seen. Usually they took bushings that had "windows" and poured them in a solid form, with maybe a performance stiffer rubber option also.
Many bushings made for Galant vr4's and Eclipse's (90-94) will cross over to the Colt/Mirage C50/60/70/80 platform.

Rear main axle bushings I have never seen offered, but would be quite an interesting thought.
Engine mounts are available in urethane from American vendors, as I have a set. They are not ideal in some regards - sleeves that are not proper length to allow/keep the mounts from crushing, but maybe it was just my complied set that was in this way. I got it second hand. I had to use some washers to "shim" the sleeves to make them tight and maintain component alignment on the transmission case top bracket, front engine mount and rear engine mount = good, timing belt mount = good.

I think we have a thread detailing which mounts/part numbers for urethane people used to fit the standard mounts after removing the rubber and surround sleeve that held them in place.

If you can get the urethane to machine properly to tolerance (I read somewhere that it was a tricky art form), then have at it.

Deflection is a bad word in the metal shaving business right? Haha.
