Just finished up the 134A conversion in the AWD sedan. The A/C blows ICE cold and the system works great even with the AEM EMS. I'm thrilled.

Got about 40 minutes of footage. Working on putting it all together.

Was able to get 47* air out of the vents on a 75* day at speeds under 55mph.

Highway speed should be even colder.

DVD will probably be 20-$25. Much better than the $19.99 how-to 134A DVD at autozone :)

Pretty comprehensive and will cover all models 89-92, converting from R12 to R134A.

It is in the final stages. I burned a few DVD's to preview and ensure they work and are accurate.

I'm waiting on some printer ink and DVD cases. I ran out awhile ago.

It is just under 30 minutes in length and covers everything pretty well.

Maybe there is more to your DVD, but I just bought the conversion nipples, screwed then on and filled my GVR4 up with R134 and its been working great for about a year.

The proper way is to put a new dryer in and I think all the seals too. I too just pulled my gvr4 down as low as I could go with my vac pump and filled it. It worked good-enough for a quick fix, but if I planned on keeping the car I would have done it right (aka never need a top-off etc)

it shows removal of all components and how to clean the r12 out, part numbers of all non reusable parts, what oil to buy, how much oil to inject in each component, what to use to pull a vacuum, how to pull a vacuum, all wiring involved with the ac system and the ac computer, what pressure the hi and lo side should be after adding refridgerant, etc

You have to flush all of the old oil out. The new oil "Easter" will not mix
