the best stock turbo combo is i believe a 92 turbo intake cam and 99 2g turbo exhaust cam

I have a 92 Elantra 1.6l g4dr/g4cr (4g61) and mine doesnt have a balance shaft. never did.

I'd be surprised if the 1.6 motors in the Hyundai did have balance shafts, because I've only heard of the 1.8 and 2.0L variations having them. The 1.6 front case is a balance shaft eliminator kit installed from the factory.
