Here is a list of parts needed to install a 14b or 16G on a 4g61 engine.

1G or 2G exhaust manifold, or port your 4G61 (not recommended)
1G or 2G o2 housing
MD140476 new waterpipes (these are needed to fit turbo to car)
MF650114 x2 two waterpipe banjo fittings/eyebolts
MF660065 x4 four water copper crush washers
MD117764 gasket between o2 housing and turbo
you also need the 12mm banjo for the oil line into the turbo

Not necessary but *highly* recommended from a turbo builder's standpoint:

New oil feed line MD140394
New oil return line MD150523
MD311230 new o2 sensor
New gaskets and copper crush washers.
