Not sure the size on the clutch but it was complete from Advance auto. It was around d $90. It cane with an alignment tool. There is a pilot bearing. There is a hole in the flywheel were the tool slides in and that's it. EBay is cheaper on the clutch kits but didn't want to mess with the internet.

If your going through all the trouble already you should get a new pilot bearing if you have the cash but thats my opinion. My honda buddy used nothing but exedy clutchs and beat them to hell. I would one of these:
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinf ... cc=1102532
or
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinf ... cc=1102532

One is about $75 the other is $90 can you use a tape measure with the clutch and tell me the size yours is.

There isnt a pilot bearing because they dont use a pilot bearing. Do you mean throwout bearing?
A pilot bearing goes into the very small center hole of some flywheels to help support a output shaft. the throwout bearing is large and sits on the clutch shifting fork it is what the clutch rides/ on when being pressed.

The trans that I have doesn't use a pilot bearing. The main shaft just has splines and not an extended shaft to fit into any pilot hole.

UPDATE! As soon as I took the new clutch kit out of the box I noticed the disc looked different than the one I had in there. So I installed the trans and it works great now. So when they boxed that clutch kit they must have put the wrong disc in the box. It had the same spline count and diameter but there was a shoulder on the wrong one preventing the throwout bearing to fully disengage the clutch. Never buy a Advance Auto clutch everybody.

Good to hear you got this sorted.
Not a surprise whenever I go to the part store I see people complaining about getting the wrong part.

Happy to hear its all good with the trans. Did you get a chance to measure the clutch? Old or new?

Never measured that disc. After seeing the difference of the disc compared to the old one I knew it would have to work. Thanks everybody for the ideas and help.

Update. I'm 1992 BlueMirage and I replaced the trans and it was good. Drove it a few months then ended up selling it to a 17 year old who didn't know how to drive a stick. Fast forward 1.5 years and he contacted me asking me if I wanted to buy the car back but the trans was exploded. So I bought the car and pulled the trans. F5M21 out. Could not rebuild it. I purchased a low mileage 1992 Hundai Elantra F5M22 trans and installed it. Found out my axle infers aren't long enough to engage in trans. Like the previous post said. So I thought i would be slick so I bought 2 new axles that fit the Hyundai and the inner and outer are perfect but the drivers axle is 2 inches longer and passengers axle is 2 inches short. What axles can I run with a bone stock 1.5 with the Elantra axles?

Yes, the three holes are marked on the firewall but have to be drilled. Not going to lie, its a pain with the engine in the car but can be done.
