Has anybody taken a crack at converting a carb'ed G15b to fuel injection?

I'm sure it is more involved than just swapping the intake manifolds, throttle body, MAF, intake tubing over. All the parts over because it probably entails the all the sensors, possibly vaccuum lines as well? I haven't been fortunate enough to look under the hood of a newer CSM because there are none around my area.

Well, you could run an external fuel pump, and as you mentioned, swap in all the wiring to make it work and related hardware.

Nobody does it, just because the parts needed to do it, usually cost more than what the base car is worth, or time would allow.

What you end up with, is a somewhat more reliable setup, with better economy, but is it worth it?

If you have a bunch of time and parts on your hands, and for a low cost factor, then go for it.

I would simply purchase another car and get all the parts you need, but that is still twice the work of buying the car you need and driving it. 8)

Yeah I know, I just saw someone do it before I forget where, they had all the parts off a junker car though.
