has anyone ever turbo charged one of these motors? i wanna put a 14B mitsu turbo on, but i cant find a manifold to do so. any help would be appreciated.

Yes, they have, but not many from this generation. More than likely some guys at the mirageperformance forums have done it, but again less than a handful for sure.
You cannot find a turbo manifold because they don't usually make one, just NA market when there was one for these cars over a decade ago. RPW was likely one of the last suppliers of performance stuff for the 3V per cylinder motor. It's not a great performance option but can really only be tweaked with custom TB setups, or 4g37 stuff and slight intake and exhaust mods. You won't get much more, unless you run boost and are just better off installing a 4g61t/4g63t because all the supporting work will support that swap too, minus mounts being sourced. You can do whatever you want, just a slightly more difficult path than the 4g6x route.
