I have an 89 Colt 4g15 5-speed, and I need to know how on Earth do I get the horn pad off the steering wheel to get to the horn switch. Everything I've seen says to just pull it off. Well it doesn't just pull off. I was prying on it hard enough I though I was going to break something. I'm assuming there's a clip or something holding it. Is it just incredibly tight? It's the 2-spoke steering wheel if that makes a difference. Thanks |

There is 2 tabs on the left and the right that are hangin up.. They are at the 10 and 2 positions. They have hooks on the ends that are Keeping you from pulling it apart. Sometimes you have to just break something to get it apart. Cant do it any way other wise. The plastic is just stiff. Rip it off I'd say. |
