dumping gas in cyl#2 for some reason. the car did this before and i swapped out injectors and it ran good for 2 months or so. then just today again it starts dumping gas in #2. only this time it didn't happen all at once. it would miss and pour fuel and then run fine for a bit etc etc.... eventually it just kept pouring fuel. so i swapped injectors once again. and got nothing. still pouring. even with all this i have no cel's. possible 3 bad injectors? lol. bad ecu? bad resister box? any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks but the head gasket was just replaced. last time this happened it was pouring smoke from all the gas and missing and i thought it was the head gasket so i ripped it all apart to put a new head gasket on and after putting it all back together found out it was never the head gasket to begin with. still missed and poured smoke. replaced number two injector and it ran great for 2 months. something is causing the number two injector to stick open.

If you have access to a DSO or know anyone that does you can back probe and pull an image of the injector dwell and pulse time. That should tell you if the ECU is giving a false signal or if you managed to get bad injectors. If you see an even dwell between all four but a very high peak on one injector that generally leads to a bad winding in the injector itself. If you have a good digital volt/ohm meter you may be able to check the frequency and see the off spike of the injector, that could be hard though. Best bet would be to pull the injector and swap it over to number 3 or 1 and then check to see if its firing correctly. If it is, most likely cause is a wiring issue or bad computer controls.

Went to the yard and found a super clean EPROM that looks brand new in a grey case. Plugged it in and the car runs great.
