 Post subject: 5 speed swap question

I just finished my 5 speed swap from a 3 speed auto. Or at least thought i did.
I'm having trouble getting the car to crank. I read in an earlier post just connect pin 8 and 9 on the TCU harness and it will be like putting the car in neutral.
I'm having trouble figure out which pins are 8 and 9. I've tried so many different combinations from rotating it and counting all sorts of ways. Or am I completely on the wrong track and still need to wire up some other things.

There should be a plug that actually plugs into the tranny itself. I usually jump those two largest wires in that connector together to bypass it and make it start.
