It is doubtful that any manufacturer makes a complete kit for that engine specifically. The good news is that Mitsubishi uses a lot of the same size diameter hosing for the various hoses found in the engine bay. So if you are willing to spend the money and possibly have to modify some "freakin awesome" silicone hose then buy a kit for a 4g63 and make it work. Good luck dewd.

do you think the 4g63 has the same fitment/sizes of the 4g15? i think whats important is the inlet/outlet sizes of the radiator etc... do you think this two has the size?

I don't think anyone has tried it here, if you want to go out on a limb and try it, go for it. Its hard to give you the right answer because radiator hoses are most likely different on each car/engine platform.

My recommendation is, if you have friends at an auto parts place, see if you can match up your setup to another rubber hose that they have in stock. then have them look it up, and say if a 91 Honda Civic(hypothetical) looks like it would fit, then you look up silicone hoses for that on ebay.

DSM hoses will not work with the 1.5L radiators. The inlet and outlet are too small. Maybe honda civic hoses would work, as they are smaller in diameter than dsm's.
