For the last week or two the fourth gear on my tranny has been popping out so I put slight pressure and it would say in with no problems. Now I recently just went for a ride and it wont engage in fourth gear at all it just grinds, Is it the linkage needing adjustment? It is fine in 1,2, and 3 even tho i feel there is too much movement in the shifter when i let off the gas. It is the 4 spd cable tranny...please help Waited til it got warmer and it now goes into gear but the second you press the gas it pops out. |
