I have a 1991 Mirage GS (that's right; it's DOHC 1.6 non-turbo, they do exist), and I am going to put the 4G63 in it later, but for now a friend gave me all his old 4G61T parts (he put the eclipse manifold/turbo assy on his mirage hatchback turbo), and I want to turbo/intercool the stock motor. My wiring harness is exactly the same but it is missing the injector resistor. A friend at the dealer said there wasn't one showing up for the 1.6 or the 1.5 that is more common with the mirage. I would like to use the stock 450's from my gvr4, but I'm not sure if that would work if the mirage has got High impedence and the gvr4/eclipses' are low impedence. Can anyone help?

Have you tried ordering a resistor set for the mirage turbo?

Please don't post the same question in more then one forum.

It was a turbo related question on a non turbo car, and sometimes the crowds don't mix: sometimes guys only look at one board and not the other, so I was trying to catch everyone. But the original question still wasn't answered: is the impedence differenc between the turbo and nonturbo 1.6 injectors? Does anyone know what the impedence is on a non-turbo injector in a 1.5 or 1.6?
