Ive been collecting all sorts of piping, elbows, and crap for awhile now and finally came up with something. First I moved the overflow bottle to the opposite side of the engine bay. This gives access to that nice big gap between the headlight housing and core support. I ran a section flexible duct(aftermarket black plastic sort of like dryer vent}with a custom made "scoop". The scoop is one of two heater downspouts under the dash of volvo 240's. A little work with a hair dryer and it opens up nice.
Seems to work pretty well at mid to higher rpm's and most noticeable when the air temps are around 15-25 degrees.
Check my profile for website and pics.
