Post subject:  Timing belt question

Hi!

Just getting to the finish line of fully restoring my old 86 Colt including complete bodywork and repaint.
An interesting question popped up in my mind:
When you replacing the timing belt, the new one isn't manufactured "yesterday", as we all know, it is likely to be already 15-20 years old when you buy it...
Is there any solution so the new one doesn't old enough not be recommended to put in. I mean is there any company that makes belts especially for old vehicles?
Or is there any other model out there that share the same belt as mine??
Its the good old G15B engine. Car has been completely extinct in the EU. Last seen one like 15 years ago. So yeah, kinda unique here.

By the way, are the pistons interfere with valves if the belt breaks off? From some source I heard it is not.
I have the G15B with jet valves and FBC carb.
At some thread here I read the 8v 4G15 is non interfering but the "12v" G15B is. But honestly I don't know.
