An alternate option would be to run dual bars, no? The Volvo 240 crowd does this with their wagons, and lots of larger V8s over the years have run dual bars in their police packages, etc.

You do not have to go that far to give a example of an additional sway bar. ST front bar for 1G DSM was in addition to the factory bar ;)

I was never thrilled with this solution :-?

Any more updates on your project? Do you know anyone else in LA area with one of these vans?

So, I have given up having a new, custom bar made for my Summit. Instead I am going to double my original bar with another stocks bar. I will post pictures and my impressions shortly.

I am not sure how many of you are following Summit/LRV/RVR Facebook page, but some guys down under had some 22mm sway bars made. Their results sounds very promising! They are thrilled to pay $800 AU ($600US) for it! We need to get Robsport to make us some!

Is anyone in Southern CA?

I am in SD and would love better sways to help with the body roll. I've been MIA for a while but happy to help when I can get some down time during a week day (or Sat if anyone is open/willing to work).

Another place I can check is Hotchkiss and see if he has anything or can help. Not sure how soon I can make it up to the LA area. I'm also friends with Josh at Yoshifab so can ask him his thoughts but don't think he can make an actual curved sway bar.

I'll subscribe to this thread but right now it's probably only Grndsm and myself?

There is also a VERY active FB page (Eagle Summit/Mitsu RVR/LRV/Vista Tuners). I am sure a few people from there will want one!
