He didn't say that (which is why he used quotation marks), some idiot nominated Summit as such earlier today. If anything, he is making fun of that guy. ;)

I wish he used one of the newer videos...

This is probably the coolest thing that happened to my minivan, thus far:

Sweet little feature there! Congrats, funny how everyone knows your van now it isn't even a sleeper anymore.

I know :). I could probably make some serious money street racing it, but I am not into that.

my buddy who bought my old van somehow got a 1g lsd in there. he said he had to mix n match axles with 2g parts
i told him it was impossible without machining, or leon would have done it by now

No, I suspect that you can combine DSM parts with van parts, but never tried it. Can you please get more details? One of the reasons why I haven't looked into it because I already get consistent low 1.6's on radial tires, so I am not sure I can do much better with LSD.

I went to the track to test my FP Red, had the closest race against a C4 Corvette, ran a personal best of 11.65@ 121. Then an awesome race against a Camaro and finally lose a close loss to a monster Mustang. I was told that this was a 1000hp Mustang. Sure seemed fast!

Lots of smoke from your vehicle towards the end of both runs. Any ideas behind the culprit?

Yep, just confirmed it, blow by in cylinder #4, pressurized the crankcase and made turbo smoke. This was a junk yard motor with unknown miles, so it was a gamble...

Hmmm ... that means it's coming back out huh?

I would applaud if the van was back in action again soon, but I know just how much work it takes (and money for parts), to get one of these motors into our cars.

Sure goes like stink though.

Well finding a decent 7 bolt motor seems hard to do for under 1k. I bought a 6bolt for $950 with eagle rod and wiseco piston setup. I don't know what the reason is besides more people tend to build 6 bolts.

Something I noticed YEARS after installing EVO camber plates. The most I could get is -2* of camber (with camber plate "maxed out" in the negative direction. That seemed too little (I was expecting being around -3 or -4 degrees).

That is when I noticed that I had MORE space for adjustment in positive direction. That caused me to compare picture of EVO8 and Summit suspension... And they are reversed! So if you use stock top strut mounts (neutral) EVO, or if you can live with "only" -2 of camber, my current method works.

If you need more negative camber, you need to feather customize EVO suspension.

Now, notice how EVO7/8/9 camber plate orientation is opposite to us (and at a small angle, which is OK):
